Our work

From Idea to Reality

A few digital products we have built for real users and real-world needs — what each one does, and the decisions behind how it was built.

  • Mobile AppSpiritual / Community

    Radha Naam Jap Counter

A devotional counter app built for daily practice. Users set a personal target, tap to count, and see their streak build over time. Counts sync in the background so progress is never lost when the device goes offline, and a community total shows the collective count across all users.

    • Offline-first counting with background sync
    • Daily targets, streaks and reminder notifications
    • Shared community counter across all users
    • Lightweight build that runs well on entry-level Android devices
    • Flutter
    • Firebase
    • Android
    • iOS
  • Mobile AppBusiness

    Business Management App

An operations app for small business owners. It replaces the usual mix of notebooks and spreadsheets with invoicing, stock tracking and a customer ledger — all usable from a phone, with role-based access so staff only see what they need to.

    • Invoice generation with PDF export and sharing
    • Stock levels with low-inventory alerts
    • Customer ledger with payment history
    • Role-based access for owners and staff
    • React Native
    • Node.js
    • PostgreSQL
  • WebsiteE-commerce

    E-commerce Website

A complete online store built for speed and conversion. Product pages are server-rendered for SEO, images are optimised and lazy-loaded, and checkout was reduced to the smallest number of steps that still captures everything an order needs.

    • Server-rendered product pages for search visibility
    • Payment gateway integration with order tracking
    • Seller dashboard for catalogue and inventory
    • Sub-second page loads on mobile networks
    • React
    • Next.js
    • Tailwind CSS
    • Stripe

What they have in common

Built to Be Lived With

Every product here shipped to real users and then kept running. That second part is where most of the engineering decisions actually get made.

  • They work on modest hardware

Tested on mid-range Android devices and slow connections, not only on the newest phone in the room.

  • They fail gracefully

Lost connectivity, empty states and partial data are designed for rather than left to crash.

  • They can be handed over

Readable code, documented setup and no undocumented tricks only the original developer understands.
