Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information LaunchApp collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.

Who we are

LaunchApp ("we", "us", "our") is a software development business operating from India and providing mobile app, website and custom software development services worldwide through https://launchapp.website.

For any question about this policy or about your data, contact us at hadost7@gmail.com.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to do the work:

  • Information you send us. Your name, email address, phone number, company name, project type, budget range and the description you write in our enquiry form or in an email or message to us.
  • Project information. During an engagement, any content, credentials, designs or business information you share with us so that we can build what you have asked for.
  • Basic technical information. If analytics are enabled on this site, aggregate data such as pages visited, approximate region and device type. This is not used to identify individuals.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we do not ask for payment card details through this website.

How our enquiry form works

Our enquiry form currently opens your own email application with the details pre-filled. That means nothing you type into the form is stored on a server by us unless you choose to press send in your email application.

If we later connect the form to a form-handling service, this policy will be updated to name that service before the change goes live.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and answer your questions.
  • To prepare a proposal, scope document, quote or contract for you.
  • To carry out and deliver the work you have engaged us for.
  • To send project updates and invoices during an engagement.
  • To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations that apply to us.

What we never do

  • We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
  • We do not rent or trade your contact details to advertisers.
  • We do not add you to marketing lists because you sent an enquiry.
  • We do not share your project details with other clients, and we do not publish work as a case study without your permission.

Service providers

We use a small number of third-party services to run our business — for example website hosting, email, and cloud infrastructure where your project is deployed. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.

We may also share information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. If we enable analytics, it will be a privacy-respecting, aggregate measurement of page visits.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. This website will continue to function normally if you do.

How long we keep information

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept only as long as the email conversation is useful, and are deleted on request.

Project records, contracts and invoices are kept for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax law. Project source code and assets are handed to you at completion; we retain a copy only where you have asked us to provide ongoing support.

Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and proportionate technical measures, and we limit who on our side can access your data to the people working on your project.

Your rights

You may at any time ask us to:

  • Tell you what information about you we hold.
  • Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
  • Delete your information, where we are not legally required to keep it.
  • Stop contacting you.

Email hadost7@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children's privacy

Our services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or obligations change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting how we handle information you have already given us will be communicated by email where we hold your address.
